We have Cabins and Property in the “Quaint Area of Mentone”, along our “Scenic Parkway” or close to the Beauty of “The Little River National Preserve”.  A range of prices and choices are also available in Homes as you travel through the Valley and Ridges of our County.  This will include our County Seat of Fort Payne, “The Gateway to Lookout Mountain” and the Town of Collinsville, home to the well-known “Trade Days”, one of the largest in the Southeast.

“Land and Farms with Homes” are available on Lookout Mountain and on Sand Mountain.  You can have seclusion but can also be close to the amenities offered in the small Towns of Geraldine, Fyffe, Sylvania, Henagar, Ider and the City of Rainsville, where our “Northeast Alabama Agra Center” and Northeast Alabama Community College is located.

DeKalb County is also a great place to own a Wonderful Vacation “Get-Away”.   We are only 115 miles from Atlanta, GA - 96 from Birmingham, AL - 86 miles from Huntsville, AL and 54 miles from Chattanooga, TN.  We are accessed by Interstate 59, US Hwy 11, State Roads 35, 117/40 & 68.

Pending Home Sales Fall 2.6 Percent in August; 2017 Forecast Downgraded

Pending home sales sank in August for the fifth time in six months, and slower activity in the areas hit hard by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma will likely pull existing sales for the year below the pace set in 2016, according to the National Association of Realtors®.
