“Land and Farms with Homes” are available on Lookout Mountain and on Sand Mountain.  You can have seclusion but can also be close to the amenities offered in the small Towns of Geraldine, Fyffe, Sylvania, Henagar, Ider and the City of Rainsville, where our “Northeast Alabama Agra Center” and Northeast Alabama Community College is located.

DeKalb County is also a great place to own a Wonderful Vacation “Get-Away”.   We are only 115 miles from Atlanta, GA - 96 from Birmingham, AL - 86 miles from Huntsville, AL and 54 miles from Chattanooga, TN.  We are accessed by Interstate 59, US Hwy 11, State Roads 35, 117/40 & 68.

Home Prices Jump 6.2 Percent in Second Quarter; Eclipse 2016 High

Pending Home Sales Recover in June, Grow 1.5 Percent

WASHINGTON (July 31, 2017) — After declining for three straight months, pending home sales reversed course in June as all major regions, except for the Midwest, saw an increase in contract activity, according to the National Association of Realtors®.
