“Land and Farms with Homes” are available on Lookout Mountain and on Sand Mountain.  You can have seclusion but can also be close to the amenities offered in the small Towns of Geraldine, Fyffe, Sylvania, Henagar, Ider and the City of Rainsville, where our “Northeast Alabama Agra Center” and Northeast Alabama Community College is located.

DeKalb County is also a great place to own a Wonderful Vacation “Get-Away”.   We are only 115 miles from Atlanta, GA - 96 from Birmingham, AL - 86 miles from Huntsville, AL and 54 miles from Chattanooga, TN.  We are accessed by Interstate 59, US Hwy 11, State Roads 35, 117/40 & 68.

Pending Home Sales Leap 5.5% in February

WASHINGTON (March 29, 2017) — Pending home sales rebounded sharply in February to their highest level in nearly a year and second-highest level in over a decade, according to the National Association of Realtors®. All major regions saw a notable hike in contract activity last month.

Existing-Home Sales Stumble in February

WASHINGTON (March 22, 2017) — After starting the year at the fastest pace in almost a decade, existing-home sales slid in February but remained above year ago levels both nationally and in all major regions, according to the National Association of Realtors®.
